Mark -
I am reading WarGaming for Leaders (part of my Personal Development here at Boeing) and have a couple questions on the mechanics of the wargames you described.
1. You talk about the various client teams and the control team (usually Booz Allen 'folks'). Who, typically, is on the market team? Client people or Booz Allen people?
2. Concerning 'injects' (modifications in the later days of a wargame): are these typically planned by your team before the game starts, developed 'on the fly' between moves, or a combination ("We know we want a change before Day 2. X happened in move 1, so let's inject Z.")
Enjoying the read. See you at WBC.
